Hehehehe the problem is probably your downlds not your uploads. lol

Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Downlds to change slots & bandwidth; & Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic to contol bandwidth & >Slots to control ... I don't know what. lol

I'd suggest you reduce bandwidth for both slightly. To have a good idea about how to set yourself up healthily, see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=27036 as this topic is covered. Feel free to ask Murasame any advice on your set up. But give him plenty of details of your set up & tested up & down speeds using speed tests.
