Sorry to say you bought Limewire from a scam site. so any issues you have must be taken up with them. Limewire support will not recognise your e-mail address.

fwiw ... Thes sites tend to supply basic versions at huge profit to themselves and with no sevice etc. So if you go to
www.limewire.com you will be able to download the basic version free of charge. This will probably be better than the version you "purchased"
