I also don't want to block the port completely using router's configurations because then he'll be suspicious and try to fix it.
Is there a way to handle this smartly since I don't want stop all the downloads, but instead decrease download sources and search results. Can I do it by configuring router or Windows XP settings so that my brother doesn't find out I changed settings? FYI: I'm using norton internet security as a firewall. I'd really appreciate any help.
