I doubt it is Java it looks more like your routers firewall or the XP firewall is blocking you. First make sure it is not you XP firewall disable it and do the test you did before #11 and #12 your answers to those questions say you are being blocked by a firewall. If it isn't XP Firewall go to the Linksys support page and ask them how to fix this problem. You will probably have to configure your router to allow your computers IP addresses to limewire.
