Then if still distorted or not playing correctly, try a new player.

I had terrible squeeks using a brand new Windows Media Player. So I dumped it and got WinAmp and later MusicMatch and the same songs that were duff, were now perfect.

So try both of these ideas first. Then if they are still bad - don't burn them - it will copy them just as bad.

And get rid of the bad ones - you don't want to share bad music - do you
