Take a look at what spyware programs you have. Do you have Pestcontrol for example? It thinks LW is spyware which goes to show it doesn't work properly. Either get a better spyware program or go to PC options & put LW as an exception. Recommended are 1. ad-ware (FREE), & also 2. Spybot - Search & Destroy (FREE)

If that's not your problem then post back.
