What do you mean you can't get them out? Search the computer for the word incomplete. Then open the folder & move those that "are" complete to your desired location. I presume they're 100% downlded right, the ones you had problems with? I'd keep LW closed whilst you do this.

Free up space, perhaps even get a 2nd drive be that external or internal. Also defrag your computer HDD.
