What I do is go directly to the incomplete folder & drag & drop the video file onto VLC. In that way it doesn't create a preview file (which happens when you preview through LW.) But I use a mac. So for windows, direct VLC to open to your incomplete folder. This should be roughly around C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\incomplete I think.
