A miracle or setting your Anti-aliasing and Anistropic filtering to "aplication preferred".

I noticed this fix in a sticky thread on this forum. Don`t ask me why AA and Anistropic filtering have anything to do with text showing up in a box, but it worked for me.

Right click on your desktop and select properties then settings, then advanced, then 3D. You may have to select "custom setting`s" to see the box`s to check to allow aplication preference of AA and AF.
