I found this problem but solved it by turning off the other running programs and di simple copy past and dragging from the saved file to another . I modify the files and names so they will fit and tranfer to a disc or delete them.

I found that trying to transfer extra large or long titles was a problem too. I simple selected everything in my optional file and gave the list a short title. The computer auto named all the files in the folder .
