What is going on??? I tried to download an item that was an html file. I think I got infected with some sort of worm or something??? I have up-to-date virus protection and Spy-bot in place, but I think I goofed along the way somehow.

How do I clear this crap out and get back to normal? I got a notice of an a.exe file at one point which i sorta let go, i think... If that helps any
