Most of what's in your LW Library window is what's being shared. But normally you can't search for your own files. See How to Share Folders (click on link)

Click on the folder you added in the LW Library window, then look to the far right columns. If you see any numbers under the Hits columns then you know someone has found your shared files in their searches.

You can open your Monitor window & view the upload pane to see if anybody is uploading & what they're uploading at any given time.
