The thing with freeloaders is, no one is REALLY freeloading on the network. Sure, some people may be leeching, but even those people are still routing our searches and responses around, so they are still contributing to the health of the network.

At the end of the day, there is nothing we can do to freeloaders, since anyone can fake share files. To me, it's a non-issure. If you don't want to share, thats your problem.
