im switching to to telus because shaw has been down and it only stays online for a max of 10min...then shuts down for 30min...so i need the answer quickly...thxi asked shaw to come fix it and they wouldnt..........ive even went into the box and tried reqiring everything..wont work though...i think they busted my modem the last time they were here
