Default LimeWire Pro

Last week I registered for LimeWire Pro. I have a receipt ID and the money has disappeared from my bank account, but I have heard nothing. How will I know if I have upgraded? Do I get an e-mail or is there some other way? I am a bit of an amateur, so if there is something I have missed could someone tell me please. Thanks
