FrostWire will adopt your present LW preferences & downld folder & shared files. That's at least true for the "1st time" you open the program. I would suggest you choose a different connection port for FW. Otherwise follow Birdy's suggestions. eg: See How to Share Folders (click on link) but change the wording of LW for FW.
