Yeah, thats kind of what I am doing now. I have it set at 12KB/s so it stays 38-44KB/s. (some days it stays at 12)Just low enough it does not knock my downloads offline. It still makes me feel guillty. And I wounder how women manipulate me so easily. Just call me putty.
