If incomplete files show up in your search results, then ignore them. They're no good to you. Someone is being stupid sharing their incomplete folder. Only partial file sharing should be allowed. That allows you to downld portions of a file that might not be totally downlded by the person you're connected to. Allowing this helps speed up downlds for everyone.
