Giving some details about what you've tried & what you're wanting re: help, would help us. Is it you can't view the video files on the computer, or that after burning they don't work on your set-top dvd player?

This topic has been discussed a lot both in this section & also the Limewire open discussion section.

Find out whether your burner can burn dvd+ or - or both. Find out whether your set-top dvd player can play dvd-r/+r or RW disks.

Basically for burning, choose dvd-video. Choose dvd as the output. Burn. Better to try it out on a RW disk if your burner supports it & if your player supports it. Then you once you succeed, you can burn it to a dvd-r/+r disk. Also better not to burn at maximum speed.

What burner software do you have & what version? What set-top player do you have & model version? What disks do you have ... brand & specified version, size, + or -, etc.? What brand & model of burner do you have? What types of files are you trying to burn? mpeg/mpg/avi ...?
