Angry From 95% to 31%
Was downloading a file (570.9MB), reached 95%. I had only 5% to complete. Turned off the computer. Restarted and big surprise - only 31% downloaded. Where is the 64%. In .dat or .bak? Whose fault is that? What can be done?
