BTW I don't know if you're using Mac or windows, but if you're using mac, it's very easy to convert to mpeg 4 or H.264 which is a type of mpeg 4 format. If you're using windows, then the answer was sitting under your nose as a Sticky at the top of this section;

Check the link I left & there's multiple links about how to do it. Even the last link at the end of the video discussion paragraph.
