BTW I don't know if you're using Mac or windows, but if you're using mac, it's very easy to convert to mpeg 4 or H.264 which is a type of mpeg 4 format. If you're using windows, then the answer was sitting under your nose as a Sticky at the top of this section; How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) with video. I don't know who told you iTunes could "supossedly able to play any file, and convert it" for video, as iTunes does not convert video. Check the link I left & there's multiple links about how to do it. Even the last link at the end of the video discussion paragraph. |

EDIT: I looked further into the problem, and it wasn't the format at all, the file simply had no video stream. Meheheh. Oh well, now I know for next time
