Option #1 you can create 2 folders lets say one is named his and the other is hers. But you will have to manually move the files to the correct folder.
Option #2 you can select your folder as the default save folder when you are using LimeWire. And the other user can change it to their folder when they are using LimeWire.
You can do that by going to Tools/Options/Saving then click on Browse and clicking on your folder.
