I had already uninstalled LW, deleted prefs folders, so I un/re installed Java JRE 5.0 or w/e the latest version is on their site. Still doesn't boot!

Could this be a conflict with some installed application? It seems (though I am not 100% sure) that after I installed Matroska Pack it stopped working, but I tried it even after uninstalling that, and it didn't work. So I guess it's not that...
