Can you tell us who your isp is?
Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is
closed; instructions here:
Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) But make a note of all your important settings 1st. eg: saving/downld location, speed settings, shared folders, etc. After you delete your LW prefs folder, you'll need to reset all your options. Then see how LW goes.
