I have this weird problem, no matter from who i download T1, Cable....etc my downloads start of over 70 or 80k/sec then they drop to 0k/sec then goes up again to around 40k/sec then back to 0, i cant download any song like that cuz it takes forever. I dont have any problems with my connection i was able to use similar services and this is something i never came across before. Does anyone have a clue why can this be happening?
