Maybe you can give me some insight. I don't ~think~ I am part of a
network. On the other hand, when it comes to my network connec-
tion with Cox, it states LAN or high-speed Internet.

I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. :-) In the
town where I live, in the early 90's, I ran the only BBS (a smaller
network other than FIDO) before the Internet, along with Windows
became so user-friendly. I can still remember Windows 3.1, before
Microsoft Windows seemed to take over MS-DOS. I self-taught with
MS-DOS 5.0.
