If you're not sharing with other computers at home or no other computers are sharing the connection then it's not a network.

Try a port between 49152 - 65535. Either add that port to your firewall or dare i suggest it, temporarily turn the firewall off. You should press apply, go to menu bar, File>Disconnect, wait a minute & then File>Connect. eg: try 64049 & 65530
