Given the context of the question it is reasonable to conclude that steff
doesn't want to share files involuntarily, which is definitely a legitimate concern.

Lets not forget that many ISPs are stingy with bandwidth, and have been
seen penalizing their own customers or charging extra fees. There are also
places in this world where involuntary sharing can result in involuntary and
unpleasant legal consequences. In Canada it is legal to download almost
anything and burn it onto a disk but we still respect copyright when it comes to
sharing of files. There are many reasons to avoid involuntary sharing.

Let's not start giving people the third degree just because they ask for advice
on this topic. Users are supposed to have control over their sharing, and
we should be falling over each other to help them with that.
