Well I have yet ANOTHER music query, maybe this one won't be next to impossible to answer!

This is the original Japanese opening theme for the Dominion Tank Police OVA (not New Dominion Tank Police); I believe the title may be "Hot Dance Under Cherry Moon", that part is sang in really bad english, but the rest is japanese....anyone know the actual title and artist?
