Hmm, I've been around for some time on another forum, 'afterdawn', (though I've only once posted there) which talks a lot about Nero. From what I've read there, the Nero support would be the last place you would like to ask for help. They are well known for being unsupportive, to say the least. since I'm not sure whether a link to another forum is appreciated here, I reckon to search for "afterdawn" and read their threads.......
