Ok...

My windows took a ****!

I'm now on Mepis linux and I really like it expect for its IRC clients *misses his mIRC* I have no clue on how to install this so I'm asking for help... I went to download on the one link and it just sits there, doesnt even try to think about downloading or anything like that...

Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!
