i am having a similar problem. i use a mac os x. i don't have the pro version, but whenever i attempt to search for anything, the page only shows up blank in the spots where the results would normally show. I can only see the search, monitor, and library tabs on the top and the strip on the bottom. i have redownloaded it various times, but each time it is the same thing. another thing is that this only started occuring when i updated to the newest version. any tips?
