Well since you didn't complete the file, the default location would be C:/Documents and Settings/"your account name"/Incomplete.
I wouldn't be worried, the FBI won't be breaking down your door
(though your father might). Also delete it from the media player you used.
Use the "search" function (near the top of this page) to search the forums for "legal" and you will find lots of info on the subject.
