I usually DL at 700KB/s the pic below was taken 3 minutes after I started LimeWire. You can browse through my past post and find pics of 800+KB/s

And by the way I currently have 6 P2P programs installed and have used 23 different P2P programs over the years and LimeWire is by far the fastest.
