Most of the time my downloading speed is 2 kb/s . I have Atlantic Broadband Cable internet and it works fine, except with limewire. i've tried changing the connection speed in Tools but it doesnt help. However there have been a few times when the kb/s for my download reached 42 kb/s! But that is like a tease because that only happened twice. Pleeeeeeeeeeeease help.
