You should set your speed to cable. Download Unlimited, Upload 25KB/s and yes a pirated copy of Pro could be affecting you Download capabilities.

It may be hacked could contain spyware and or a virus. Unfortunately you never now what you are going to get with hacked software. Actually it is not a smart thing to do. But to each his own.
