Press the Refresh button in the library. If that doesn't work, go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Sharing & re-add folders to share.

You have probably also found your incomplete files refused to load right? If yes then see Downlds refuse to reload (click on link)
I'm guessing your uploads are affected because you had partial file sharing option enabled. Make sure this is still enabled. You'll find the option under Tools>Options>Uploads>Basic & at the bottom.
