i know there's been a lot of discussion on this. but i would like to be reassured that this problem will be corrected. it shows in my bank account that Limewire charged me twice. it's still pending right now, but after reading some forums, Limewire is supposed to cancel the 2nd charge. now, do i need to let Limewire know that i've been charged twice or would they already know? i tried sending them a message and it's asking for a transaction id....i know this is a stupid question, but im the type of person that turns the easiest things into rocket science
and i want to make sure that im putting my transaction id in right. the transaction id is your bank account # right? or is it something else? i would like this problem corrected asap! any thoughts?
