Are you on a fixed plan with Comcast for downlds or do you have an unlimited downlds plan? There's a chance you might have passed your monthly limit & it's affecting your downlds.

Other than that, perhaps closing LW & reopening might do the trick. It might be related to connecting thru an unreliable ultrapeer.
