Oh Oh ... !!! They only apply it to p2p sharing programs. Apparently if you use p2p during off-peak hours then it's not so bad! Check the links here under the listing for TalkTalk in the 1st post at the top of the page: ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire
