Oh ... Command comma. ⌘ , or click on the LimeWire name next to the apple icon at the top left of menu bar & a menu will appear. Choose preferences. Then go to Advanced>Firewall Configuration. Sample image though that sample is for port forwarding. For NAT-PMP choose UPnP in LW.
