Ignore files less than 2,000 KB (2 MB) as most are either spam or virus spam. Don't get confused between KB & MB. Start using your Junk filter. It's a dynamic learning filter. For viruses it does take a lot of persistence but it will start to filter them out. WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of!
