i have ubuntu so i cant tell you the exact commands but do this
first see if you have the files installed. you probably dont cuz they oughta be in /usr/lib don't know why you'd mess with that. they're all called libqt-something.
if you find them somewhere else then dont just run configure, use the --with-qt-libs option.
if you don't find them, install them. You can get RPMs :

you'll also need the include files,
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu....5-13.i386.rpm
you may have to tell it where the includes are. Thats another option i cant remember.
