There's a new kind of fake file around that has loads of sources (up to 100). If all your searches are returning files with heaps of sources, search again.
Try the All Types search rather than Audio or Video. Go for a cable/DSL or modem connection. Search for artist/actor, album rather than song/movie title. If you're trying to download movies, look the file up with Bitzi before download
How to use Bitzi
Search at different times of day. As hosts in other time zones log on & off, new sources will become available. Try to find a file with 10 sources or less (still with 4 or 3 stars).

It's a PITA but that's about all you can do.
