It sounds to me like you didn't uninstall Napster properly. Reset defaults to LW or else, ... get this gadget & clean up your registry & then reinstall LW (LW will uninstall itself at beginning of installation!): http://www.ccleaner.com/ will help clean your system. Just beware of a menu advert.
