This is not a real playlist it is just a list of what you are sharing in LW and if you go to Limewire>tools>options>iTunes, I think it will say sharing, and there is a box ticked saying "share my music". Untick it click apply and OK and I think the list will go a way from iTunes. I use Mac and I never unchecked this but I think this will work.
