But, you need to FORCE THE IP OF YOUR ROUTER or FIREWALL to the network. To find out what your ip is from the machine that you use to get on Gnutella open a web browser to http://www.whatismyip.com

My IP is 192.168.0.1 i dont understand what you are telling me to do when you say to force the ip of my router. i did what you said to do in part three of the downloading portion. but i dont know where to go from there. i am running windows xp home edition from home over a cable connection at 54 mbps. please help.
