I have written to this forum a number of times and still have not got a satisfactory answer to why:
I can download all I want but any one who wishes access to my library gets their transfer interruped.. Why ?

I have the regular firewalls up nothjing special. .I use the Shaw cable modem and highspeed.., and my virus-firwall settings are with
Shaw Secure which use the F secure program.
