Something fishy with the speed certain files download at. A few of my video files download 350mb in like 40 minutes, which sounds cool, but when I go to play them they play very fast and show nothing but a black screen.

This is very frustrating, is there any way to slow this down so it plays like a regular video file?

I am using VLC to play the files which is usually an incredibly stable player.

Has anyone else encounter this?
